Introducing Myself and The Top 4

You might be asking yourself who the … I am. Well, let me introduce myself.

I am a 21 year old professional online poker player. I hail from Northern Sweden and I am currently residing in Northern Finland because I just bought an apartment right on the border between Sweden and Finland. I speak Swedish, Finnish and English fluently (important information, there will be a quiz later).

I started my poker playing days around my 18th year of life (when I was 17 for those of you who are lazy). I basically worked at a place that paid less than minimum wage and I had a friend who’d made some decent money off of poker ($1,000 was decent and a lot for me then) and I just thought to myself “If he can, then I should be able to do it”.

Short story short, I did it and am still doing it. If you want a more elaborate story on what, when, why, how I did what I did then go to my About page.

What is this blog about?

All things poker. Strategy, discipline, bankroll management, hand examples, analysis and what life as a poker player looks like. I cannot even begin to fathom all the articles I will write in the days to come.

I guess in short I will be writing about how I win at poker and through my writing you will start seeing my though process and hopefully start learning new things yourself as we spend many romantic days together..

Why should you read it?

This question should ultimately be answered by you.

  • Are you looking to improve your poker game or just having fun with it, learning some new ways to think about the game?
  • Do you like reading poker stories, hand examples and hand analysis and suck that sweet poker knowledge into your poker mind?
  • Looking for general poker discussion or just not really sure what’s going on? You might as well close your browser now then… I joke ofcourse, as long as you bring gifts you are welcome here.

Why do I write it?

I write because it helps me elaborate on my own thoughts. I think more clearly when I write, it is easier for me to put things on “paper” and then evaluate them and spin-off new ideas. And I also like writing about nothing in particular, rambling is the fancy term for it.

What can you look forward to?

At least 5 posts per week. And this count starts when I get all these Wordpress widgets and plugins figured out.

So don’t come yelling at me in a few years about how I lied to you in the beginning because I was playing around with my magic tools. Getting back to the point here, 5 posts per week of high quality, high octane and highly flammable content is what you will be getting. If you don’t read it then you might as well be lighting money on fire.

This is your captain signing off…
